1943 Setup of Viguzzolo plant by R.O.L. 1970 MONTEDISON buys R.O.L. and its chemical auxiliaries activity. 1988 Chemical productions of R.O.L. is transferred to AUSCHEM, again a company of the MONTEDISON group 1990 AUSCHEM is bought by FINPAS. 1994 Lamberti spa buys AUSCHEM and founds CESALPINIA CHEMICALS spa. 1995 Start-up of the new Zanica factory for the production of Guar Derivatives (full steam by mid 1996) 1995 New laboratories in the Arese headquarter and in the Viguzzolo factory
